"I'd like to call this review "My Nordstrom Experience" I called Keith about cleaning our 13+ year old carpet. Explaining that we had 2 dogs that used this room as well as many spills from our children, and grandchildren, he assured me he could get my carpet clean. He gave me a price on the phone which I thought was great..it made the process easier for me. I really needed it cleaned for the holidays and he said he'd make it happen. We set an appointment in which he showed up on time and with the greatest attitude imaginable. My wife was home and asked lots of questions in which Keith took the time to answer them all. I know it doesn't matter to some folks but the products they use to clean are safe, soap free and green. This is huge to me because my grandchildren play on this carpet and I don't want them to be in contact with harmful chemicals. When I came home I couldn't believe it was the same carpet.
