I have never used a cleaning company that had so many steps to do a cleaning of rugs and upholstery. I was very happy with the in depth vacuuming of rugs and upholstery. I had another company come out to clean rugs and it took three quarters of an hour. what I witnessed today took two hours. I had difficult spots on my kitchen rug (white).
