The "coupon" cleaner. They promote price and any way they can cut costs they do. Conversly, anyway they can add costs they do. So every extra step is extra money.  Want deodorizer? Extra. Vacuuming? Extra. Fabric protector? Extra. The point is, they are not upfront with you from the beginning because they skip steps and its not untill they are in your home do you realize this.
